About the event
August is Fire Fighter Cancer Awareness and Prevention Month for the Westminster Fire Department. CFIRE and Snooze an AM Eatery are partnering to host an event to benefit the Westy CFIRE Cancer Awareness and Prevention Fund. All proceeds to be used by Westminster Fire Department to obtain cancer prevention equipment, continuing education for cancer prevention and individual support in the unfortunate event of a Fire Fighter who develops cancer.
The event will be poker themed with exciting door prizes. Throughout the evening there will be plenty of photo opportunities to take a photo with a Westminster Fire truck and Firefighters, and then check out the puppy kissing booth and bid on exciting items in the silent auction**. Be entered in a drawing for a fabulous door prize if you hold a winning hand of Poker!
